a. Clear your desk of all papers except those relating to the immediate problem at hand.
b. Do things in the order of their importance.
c.When you face a problem solve it then and there if you have the facts necessary to make a decision.
d. Learn to organize, deputize and supervise.
5.To prevent worry and fatigue,put enthusiasm into your work.
6.Remember, no one was ever killed by lack of sleep. It is worrying about insomnia that does the damage-not the insomnia.
What if I tell you that heartbreak does not exist.
Yes we have fallen in love and yes, they leave us.
It does not matter what happened, why ,where ,who, when and how.
All it does matter is that we loved ,we shared lots of emotions and memories.
And those memories , no one can change it, no one can steal it and it remains forever.If a person leaves us for whatever reason , let him or her go. What remains is our true feelings and memories.Let people talk , they are here to talk …let them gossip about you. Let them judge you. Let they misunderstand you. Their opinions are not your problem. Only you and the person you were with that knows how you treated each other , only you and that person knows what feelings you shared for each other , only you and that person knows about the sweet and sour memories you shared together.We may forget words, but memories remain. So if you have ever fallen deeply in love and for whatever reason it happened that the person has left you, it is obvious that you will never forget that person. Let’s keep our smile and stay positive because we still have the memories remain with us till our death.Near ,far ,wherever that person is the heart does go on. There is no heartbreak only sweet memories.
If we want to develop a mental attitude that will bring us peace and happiness, here is the first rule to adopt:
1. Think and act cheerfully and you will feel cheerful.
2. Be happy.

Happiness is not a matter of externals, Happiness is from within.
3. Do not try to adjust everything to your own desires. But in fact adjust yourself to what is. Take your family, your business and your luck as they come and fit yourself to them.
4. Take care of your body. Exercise it, care for it, and nourish it.
5. Nourish your mind, read something that requires effort, thought and concentration.
6. Act courteously, be liberal with praise.
7. Have a quiet half-hour all by yourself and relax.
8. Do not be afraid to be happy, to enjoy what is beautiful, to love and to believe that those you love, love you.
9. Count your blessings-not your troubles.
Friends lets cultivate a mental attitude that will bring you peace and happiness.
Each day we have many opportunities to build others up, to motivate them,to influence their performance and to recognize their efforts. And how many people do it? We human beings find it very easy to criticize, to complain about others rather than recognizing their efforts, their performance, their qualities and many more. While criticizing or complaining we don’t know how it affects the feelings of the other person.
Instead of focusing on the errors of the person or on the negative trait of the person, why not focus on the positive trait of the person.
Studies show that the reason people become less motivated is “a perceived lack of appreciation”. So let’s take time to give appreciation to the people around us. Lets give honest, sincere appreciation to our family, to our friends, and to our colleagues. By better understanding the power of building others through recognition, we can increase morale and create a positive culture.

The very first step to stay happy and positive is to control our anger and our thoughts. Before coming into a conclusion about any type of conversation you may have with a person , let’s try to understand them. Let’s try to figure out why they do what they do.
Yes people let’s take a deep breath and try to understand the feeling of all those surrounding us. Anyone can criticize,condemn and complain-and admit it that we all do it. Some people likes to criticize everything , some people are always complaining and to be true it only affects our health. But it takes character and self -control to be understanding and forgiving.
Lets be wise and do our own stuff and lets try not to criticize, condemn and complain.
